An unusual outing that we offer every day to groups over 3 people and for a duration of 2 hours minimum.

- You will guide your stand up paddle safely along the coastline where you can enjoy its many coves and several small caves that your instructor will be happy to show you.
- An exit on reservation, with a starting spot closest to the calanques of Théoule-sur-Mer. A ride adapted to your level and according to the weather of the day.
- You will choose your board according to your level of practice in stand up paddle, your instructor will advise you at best, the aim being that you feel as comfortable as possible.
